Diandra Céspedes Sagardía is a feminist lawyer with a Master in Human Rights, Peace and Sustainable Development . In 2016 she obtained Rafael Altamira´s investigation award from Universidad Complutense de Madrid for the research on “Conventionality Control: from Inter-American Law to Bolivian Law”. She was also a university professor on different topics of Human Rights, Constitutional Law and Political Thought. During her career as Human Rights defender she got experience as a public official as well as a private advocate and non-profit sector staff. She is the Privacy and Data Protection Officer of the InternetBolivia.org Foundation.
